At Deeside Activity Park, we believe that our centre is only as good as the Team who work with us. With this in mind we invest in their training to ensure fantastic customer service and experienced & knowledgeable instruction, so that your time at Deeside Activity Park is fun, friendly and safe.

We began many years ago with only a handful of part-time and ad-hoc instructors, but have grown over the years and now employ about 20 full time members of staff. This includes 5 persons in management positions, 2 chefs, several full time instructors, catering and waiting staff, office administration and reception, retail sales and a mechanic and baker. In addition, we continue to employ local people on a part-time/weekend basis.
