For those of you who have known us for a while, you may think that Deeside Activity Park is a real change of direction from the original Howie Irvine Sporting Factors of the 20th century. Well, yes and no! Our view is that Deeside has always been an ‘activity destination’; shooting, stalking and fishing, or golf and walking.

There are some great golf courses nearby, soon to be more if Donald Trump gets his way. Hill walking is more popular than ever, and the traditional field sports are still as important to the area as they’ve ever been.

Some prefer to keep it quiet, as there are those who would stop us from partaking in traditional field sports. However, we are very proud of what we in this part of Scotland can offer, and are only too happy to assist, advise or indeed organise your sporting adventures.

We truly believe that shooting in Scotland really is special. Sure you can get higher birds in Devon, certainly you can get bigger ‘bags’ in Hungary. But there is still that certain something, that a days shooting in Scotland has, that will have you and your guests reminiscing for many years.

We know the who’s and where’s of the river and will be happy to talking fishing to visiting anglers.
