Over 50 dogs and their owners along with some walkers took part in the sponsored walk at Deeside Activity Park on 2nd May.  Walkers were encourage to join in the sponsored walk between 11 am and 2 pm.

Two routes have were made available with the aim of suiting the differing physical capacities of dogs and owners.

The Loch side circuit is over level terrain on grass and tarmac and will include an optional Treasure Hunt. It will take approximately 20 minutes to complete, and can be repeated as often as you like.

The Falls of Dess circuit is over forestry tracks and involves an uphill section and a downward slope to the Falls of Dess. It takes approximately 90 minutes, and can be done more than once, if you, and your canine companion, have the energy.

The SSPCA raised over £3000 from the event and are looking forward to next year's.
